Spark Energy had decided to be the tech leader when it came to retail energy—so we created the industry’s first mobile website that included full signup capabilities. Despite the size of this undertaking, the deadline was short and we weren’t allowed to sacrifice any of the functionality of the full site.
Working with an outside development team, I helped adjust the information architecture, advised on content-related usability decisions, and adapted and rewrote the extensive desktop site copy to work within the much more stringent constraints of a mobile environment.
